Good location and well serviced with Uber / taxis with easy access to LHR. Hotel has good views across the runways and great double glazing. Bar menu’s not bad.

The room was very cold. A member of staff came up to check it and turned the heating up high, but it took hours to heat up a tiny bit. I was offered another room but that was equally cold so I stayed in the first room. I was given a free standing heater. The phone didn't work so I ended up going down to reception about 5 times. A member of staff was obviously unaware that I stayed in the original room and walked in on me while I was in the bathroom. I was offered a glass of wine or complimentary breakfast to make up for the inconvenience, but it was too late for wine as I was about to go to bed. Also, I paid a little extra for a runway view. Turns out there was a building on the other side of the road which completely obscured the runway.... Overall, a disappointing stay.

Never expected from Hayyat !
Terrible! No WiFi. Requested few time for help but no result. Had to visit main counter three times as phone line dead. After few requests, they change the room with no phone. Left hotel in the evening in disgust! Never expected from Hayyat 😫

Excellent customer service. Ease of check in which was wonderful to have as I arrived late at night. Very helpful and accommodating staff, were open to adapting services to suit my specific needs. Transportation to and fro airport easy, although no complimentary shuttle which would definitely set them apart from competitors. Overall really impressed and would come back.
