Convenient to airport. The airport Hoppa bus comes by regularly and cost around $8/person. The room was warm, so we opened the window (the AC was not on) and the traffic and airport noise was loud. The bed and pillows were a little hard. There is a restaurant in the hotel and room service. Overall a good stay.

Restaurant and bar excellent. Very comfortable bed and quiet room. All in all we had a great experience and would recommend. Only downside was that transport to terminal was very expensive considering the distance travelled.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. It is central with easy access to airport. The only thing I would criticize is the food. I think they need to have more healthy options. As it is, the food is pretty basic & I expect better choices from a 4* hotel.

First class stay.
This was our second stay at the Leonardo and both times have been great. It is the perfect overnight stop when flying in or out of Heathrow. The breakfast is a great buffet, dinner in the restaurant was lovely and the bed was very comfortable and not too hot as many Uk beds are.
