Great property. Quiet with full kitchen

Fantastic staff

Enjoyed hiking in the beautiful mountains and dining options in Banff were fabulous. There are lots of variety and good gluten-free options. The spa was very relaxing. The hot tub was not an option as the amount of chemical in it made my ears burn as soon as we opened the door so.we did not use it at all

We stayed here for a wedding in Banff and had a great time. Room was spacious and clean, and staff are exceptionally helpful and well informed about the area. Just off Banff’s main drag, this hotel is centrally located to shops and dining, including a great bakery just around the corner for morning pastries. All things considered, it was reasonably priced and good value. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Banff.

Great rooms, the cave hot tub theme is super cool, different from everyone. Prime locations, great restaurant in it, friendly staff and a beautiful property all together. Would definetky bring my kiddos here again.

New hotel, great view, clean, nice shower. We got 3-day bus passes, but didn't use them because we enjoyed walking along Banff Ave.
