Stay before Cruise
One night stay prior to getting Cruise from Southampton, comfortable beds, good shower , good size bathroom. Room a bit tired looking could do with a makeover, carpet very stained . Room clean enough. Would have been nice to been provided with Biscuits on the courtesy tray. Ate in last night very basic choice but was tasty. Good Breakfast lots of choices.

Stayed here several weeks prior. Basic hotel which services many that are cruising out of Southampton. Clean with good value breakfast included. Not sure why the UK Hotels still have basic double beds, or refrigerators. The rooms would accommodate a queen or larger. Approx 20 minutes drive to Port via car. Will be staying again in 2025.

Good value for the cost
Not our first time here convenient for the Cruise Terminals. Staff are always very friendly and efficient. Not our best ‘sleep’ this time as our room was close to a large unit on the outside of the building ( air conditioning ?) this woke us up several times during the night as it was noisy , otherwise bed was comfortable and room had a good shower . We ate at the hotel , food is good , a little expensive but arrived quickly and with a smile . The menus had been photocopied so were a bit difficult to read. Overall our stay was good and I’m sure we will return .
