EVERYTHING FROM BEGINNING TO END WAS PERFECT! THE MANAGER JOE, THE LADY WHO SERVES DRINKS DURING THE KICK BACK KITCHEN STAFF FRONT DESK EVERYONE WAS SO KIND AND HELPFUL ❤️❤️❤️ I WAS ON A SOLO TRIP FROM PITTSBURGH I WILL BE BACK

Fantastic place to stay in the University area, several theaters nearby for concert/shows, and Forrest Park is nearby. Downtowm is 10 min drive. Hotel ambiance is great, staff is friendly, valet available & has own lot for easy parking behind hotel. The rooftop bar is great to check out & food is good. Lots of thimgs to do nearby like bowling, mini golf, and local shops/boutiques. Iconic place - celebrities were there during my stay.

Very nice staff

We loved all of the staff. Restaurants and bar were superb. Great to walk through their art museum. Excellent location in walking distance of Stifel and Enterprise Center. Hope to visit again soon!

Great stay

One of the best hotel experiences in a while. Every single staff member we encountered was excellent from valet to front desk to housekeeping to restaurants to the bar (especially Jake and his sister). The location was great with just a short walk to Busch Stadium and right next to the Arch which we enjoyed the view from our room. Loved the scent in the lobby!!! The one thing I didn’t care for was the sheets, and the pillows could be upgraded a bit. While this hotel is older and the rooms are a bit “worn” the service we received from staff made up for it. Great job Hyatt! We’ll definitely stay here again.
