One night stop over at Heathrow. It'll do but a few plugs weren't working and the room feels a little tired. Jude at reception was very welcoming and it's a big hotel with a nice restaurant. Decent enough for a stop over before a flight and you obviously can't beat the location. Overall worthwhile

Very comfortable stay before my early morning flight, upgraded to a runway view club room, nice lounge and room The one thing that annoys me is after paying over £300 for the room, you still have to pay to access the spa, not really what you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Overall nice hotel but a bit pricey for what you get

This is a great place to stay if you’re flying on British Airways via Terminal 5 and have a layover. The food in the restaurants and via room service is just not good, limited choices, especially for late night dining (they did not consider that flights come in late and guests will want to eat). Generally the rooms are clean, the bed although on the plush side is incredibly comfortable. Check in can take forever even when coming in on a fully prepaid, pre booked room. It’s not a bad place to stay but it’s slow check in, marginal food, lack of late night options make this a very average experience.

Reception was very helpful with an extension cord for my Wife's CPAP machine, we had a square pin adaptor but the plugins next to the beds are round UK plug. Also ordered a car for us for our transfer to Terminal 2.
