This is a lovely, quiet, restful hotel with a nice spa and decent restaurant. All staff have been siper helpful and polite, all good vibes. They also have a late night Shisha Lounge on a Saturday night for a bit of nightlife and adjacent rooms like mine are well sound proofed. Mine was on the second floor and had a balconette with a seat, great for enjoying a hot drink outside in the morning! A very relaxing spot for rejuvenating and recharging the batteries in a gorgeous part of London.

Attended here as was vicinity to parks we were booked to visit The rooms were spacious and decor elegant Staff very friendly Great location with free parking Only negative was the buffet breakfast, which was very limited, also we had to wait half an hour for eggs even though the dining area had four tables Other than that, great experience

Hotel was spotless and better than we expected. Staff were great. Just wish we was able to use the spa facilities as they don’t let you in after 7pm even though it’s open until 9pm so was disappointed with that as we chose the hotel for the spa for my partners birthday but everything else was good

Design and furnishings a bit of a car crash. £25 each to use swimming pool/sauna/steam. Had to book a 2 hour slot. Wedding party very noisy in the hot tub. Pool ceiling showing rusty marks. Not a great experience. £17 for a glass of wine. Suggestions of a tip being paid when ordering at the bar. Invoicing was incorrect on checkout. Generally felt like Hilton had got you there and was determined to fleece you every way you turned.

Excellent hotel and friendly and helpful staff and very modern. Unfortunately there was a wedding and completely took over the bar for over an hour from 4 until 5 and were very noisey at 3 am. The hotel is in a wonderful location and the rooms at pretty soundproof, given it is on the Heathrow landing flight path.
