The apartment was scrupulously clean. We've stayed here three times over the last couple years and they have always been really clean. The deco is modem and still in excellent order. Parking is great..right on the front door and it's only a short walk into the city..a fantastic place to stay when visiting the city

Good location in leafy suburb of Jesmond. 10-15 minute walk to several excellent restaurants, 15-20 minute walk to central city, Metro Station nearby. Parking on-site. Check in was stressful - all done by phone and codes. Very little information on Newcastle in room regarding where to find restaurants, shops, transport options, etc. Receptionist/security available only 8pm-8am so no-one to ask. No instructions for washing machine/dryer.

No longer a great place to stay :(
We have stayed here many times before and have been very happy on each occasion - hence returning - but after our recent stay, we will not be visiting again. The ownership of the apartments had changed a few weeks prior to our stay and so on arrival we found that there was no-one to welcome us and check us in, no 24 hour reception, no complimentary breakfast service (as there always had been), no sky TV (as there always had been), no free parking (as there always had been) and no servicing of the apartment, so our tea, coffee, toiletries, loo roll etc were not replenished. We could however, have a breakfast hamper for £19 and have the room serviced for £25! Worst of all we weren't advised of any of this in advance to be able to change our booking, so all the free services we expected, we didn't receive. The owners claim that you have all the convenience and service of a hotel but this simply isn't true - there is actually no service at all! I complained to Hotels.com and they fobbed me off saying I should contact Dream Apartments direct, but on doing this, I have been ignored and they have even had the grace to reply to me about our experience. Do beware when reading Tripadvisor or hotels.com reviews that anything posted before May 2019 is not an accurate reflection of the service you will now receive and the experience you will have when staying here. We are really sorry about this change of service as we have always loved staying here, but won't do so again.

Well appointed apartment. Everything provided for a comfortable stay. Kitchen v well equipped . Very friendly & helpful reception staff. Unfortunately there was a continuous loud drone from the hot water tank sited in cupboard adjacent to the bedroom which did affect sleep.

Amazing apartment
Amazing apartment hotel with lots of space, and lovely little touches which made us feel at home. We also left something at the hotel which was very kindly sent back to us, thank-you. We will definitely be staying again!

Great value for money, taxi ride close to everything. Clean and spacious room. Even put some milk and water in your fridge for you. Sky sports also on tv was a big plus while waiting to go out.

A stlylish apartment with great transport links
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was very comfortable and stylish and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment is very close to Jesmond Metro station and the town centre is in easy reach if you fancy a walk. The hotel is a little to the south of the main restaurants and bars in Jesmond but the plus side was that it was very quiet. I would recommend this for people like us who were looking for somewhere comfortable to stay for a weekend visit. It would be ideal for someone staying a bit longer, either for leisure or work.

Excellent New Year Stay
This was our second New Year stay and again we loved it. The apartment was very clean and the service excellent, as both were last year. The apartment offers all you will need for a few days stay with really nice touches like the breakfast goodies and free parking and wifi. The apartment is ideally located for all that Newcastle and Jesmond have to offer and the metro couldn't be handier! We will be returning again next New Year, if not before!

Great hotel with spacious clean rooms.
Plenty of parking, friendly reception staff and large clean rooms. Only minor gripe was that the milk in the fridge was a couple of days out of date so i couldn't eat the complementary cereal before heading out.

Good sized well equipped apartment. Second visit and this time the level of cleanliness seemed to have declined. Spot of blood on the duvet cover and the throw was filthy, couldn't wait to get it off the bed.

Noisy and too hot - poor communication
The road noise throughout the night was intolerable. Had I had the ability to drive 2 hours home at 4 a.m. to get some sleep, I would have done. The double glazing is ineffective in this room. I had at best 3 hours of sleep due to the constant and disruptive sound of the city, impacting on our planned trip home. Furthermore, our overnight stay was made even more uncomfortable because of a lack of consideration to customers. I do not understand that whilst the country is in the middle of a heatwave, why the bed is fitted with a winter duvet, I could not find any other bedding, and no provision of a fan. The latter would not only have assisted with creating airflow within the room but would have also provided an element of white noise to drown out the excessive road noise. After emailing the establishment of these issues, I was told that it was my fault I didn’t bring these issues to the attention of the night porter, so that in the middle of the night he could have brought up a fan, a thinner duvet and put me in the room that was locked in our apartment. How disruptive! I have an idea, why doesn’t the establishment advise customers in the handbook that has an inventory of every piece of cutlery and tea towel or better still, put you in the quieter room upon registration. Really poor and inappropriate communication!

Feeling like at home
We arrived a little bit early but arrangements were made for us to get in. It was next block the building we actually staying.Spacious space and 2 double room for one night. The living room and the open kitchen just look like at home feeling and would be worth for a longer stay. Location is great only 3 metro stop from central train station and 3 mins walk to there but I am not sure any shop around or not.Just doing your shopping before check in if you prefer cooking. However quite noisy in the morning when the traffic start and the check out time too early at 11 am after a nice night out in the concert, would like to have more time to have my lunch first before leaving. Otherwise I would rate for 4.5 as my children enjoy the stay and I have my own privacy.
