Staff were excellent. Nice to have fresh cool water and coffee making facilitates in lobby. Convenient to have washing machine and huge fan with drying rack that enabled clothiers to dry quickly (summer 18 degrees, humid). Very convenient to city centre, train stations, tram incl. to airport, inter-city bus etc. Bed too soft for our comfort but others may like that. Convenient kitchen facilities. Would stay again.
