The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Great for the price. Plus cooktops and cookware and laundry in each room was unexpected and super cool

Lovely apartment in Queenstown. Everything you need in the apartment including heated towel rail! Be aware you have to carry your luggage up steps or a ramp from the underground carpark. No lifts. Great views. There was even a gas heater that looked like a real fire! Novelty for us people who come from cairns.

I like the location of the hotel and my room has nice view of the lake.

This is a spacious unit that is located at an extremely convenient distance to walk into town. A hidden gem.

Your reception and cafe service staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food I had was very tasty and well cooked. My room was quiet so I slept rather well too.

We had a great stay, Jules and Alba were very helpful and friendly, the hotel is lucky to have them! The only downside is the limited hotel parking, that was always full. Aside from that, lovely staff and lovely, clean, comfortable rooms.
