Very quite

while hotels within New York manhattan island are always expensive to begin with, Hilton Garden Inn NYC Financial Center offers a reasonable value for money for the location, room/bathroom size. Service level and attitude of reception staff are generally good. It would be nice to have an operating drinking water fountain that is outside the restaurant on level 2.

Very clean facilities. Liked the chilled water available in the hall. Great location. Comfortable bed.

The room was tiny but we didnt needed bigger…just me and my teenager (for a dance addition weekend we came up to NY city)

The DoubleTree in lower Manhattan was absolutely the best destination for our New York Vacation. Our room was modern and rent clean, comfortable bed with a window view. The hotel amenities are a big plus, thank you. The biggest plus for my wife and I was the Staff! Everyone was really helpful, friendly and courteous. Check-in experience was a delight specially after a delayed and rough flight. The check-in agent was very empathetic and courteous! Also, because it was such Late check-in, I called in advance to let the hotel know we'll barely make our reservation deadline. Thank you for everything DoubleTree.

We loved our stay here. Was skeptical about the reviews but we are happy we stayed here. From desk was super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!
