Nice hotel, was very clean, friendly staff. Wasn’t anything like the bad reviews.. I asked to be in a quieter area if possible. Comfy soft bed, good bedding, big tv, smart tv but you can’t cast to, toiletries were designer, dressing gown, big rooms. I got a good price, but it’s not a super fancy place to splash out for. A long walk from the airport I thought. But still easy

Smart, clean and modern hotel
Stayed for one night before flying out for our honeymoon. Great location next to terminal 5 and easy free drop off parking too. Check in was a breeze, but the hotel is so huge that it was a bit of a walk to the room. We ordered room service which was a little pricey, but tasted great. The room was very spacious and had a nice modern bathroom. Check out was easy with a quick drop off of the keycard and then a very nice 5 minute walk into the terminal from the hotel.

London stop over
We arrived about one hour before check in time. They kept on pushing an upgrade on us at a significant cost which we ultimately accepted. The room was nice and clean and the location is very convenient
