The hotel was in a great location with safe and secure parking next door which was heavily discounted when staying at the Hilton. The main areas were very modern, of a high standard and very clean however when we entered the corridor to our room the hallway stank of cannabis! The room itself though was fine, nice and clean etc. Bed was comfy and easy to adjust heating, although fan was very noisy but it did have a large water stain on the ceiling in the bathroom, however you often seem to get those in hotels. We were staying at the Hilton for our 10th wedding Anniversary, upon arrival the lady at check in gave us a complimentary voucher for 2 x house drinks to use in the bar or restaurant. We went to the Skybar in the evening, it had a nice atmosphere with a man playing acoustic guitar which was a nice touch. My husband had a glass of house red, I ordered a gin however I asked to pay the difference to upgrade it but the lady said it wasn’t possible so we ended up with 2 x house reds instead and I paid for a nicer gin! The breakfast was amazing, a wide range of choice from cold meats, cereals, traditional English breakfast, freshly made omelets and a large range of pastries. All of which was great quality. We didn’t have chance to use the pool or gym because we only stayed 1 night but we would certainly stay here again and would recommend to others!

Great stay
Great hotel. Room was spacious and well equipped. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom clean and well appointed although the shower curtain was too long to go in the bath. We had drinks in the bar on the 9th floor which had great views across Wembley.

Perfectly located for us attending a gig at Wembley arena, it was so nice not to be caught in the mad rush for the tube. The hotel was perfect from start to finish, friendly staff and easy check in, lovely big rooms with very comfortable beds and very clean! The sky bar was a bonus, being able to finish our night off with cocktails with a view. We also loved that check out was 12 so we could enjoy a good lie in. We wouldn’t definitely stay here again!

Disappointed by the service charge every time I went to the bar and ordered food & drinks, when I asked about it the girl behind the bar said it’s added automatically, it’s a rip off considering the prices they charge for drinks & food so Be prepared it could get expensive
