They didn’t have face towels and when asked it was because “they are a 3 star hotel and they didn’t have them” which is disappointing as they are a the was extremely intermittent majority of the time you could you barely get 1 bar also cell reception went in and out, reception area had a weird smelling funk and receptionist seemed very out of it

The property was dated, thick dust/dirt on blinds. Holes in carpet, marks on walls, shower screens that didn't close. Water went everywhere. Mould on windows.

Terrible Communication from Staff. Terrible Furnishings & outdated stained carpet / bed mattreses. Toilet wasn't cleaned properly. Sock left on outside table. Stained old carpet. Rips in mattress frame.. Ice Creams from reception were melted before I even got to the room. Parking isn't the best. Pictures on advertisement do not match rooms.

Beautiful quiet spot. The girls loved the turtles. The food at bistro was amazing ! Close to beach..shops and botanical gardens. We had problems with wifi not working in the room at all and shower head was way too low....the hot water was too hot.

1 star review as there is no option for 0 stars! Appalled at the service provided! Booked a room for Saturday 15th it automatically changed it to Saturday 28th. Arrived at the property on the 15th to be told they are booked out, tried to cancel the booking for the 28th as we will be 1000km away. To be told it's not possible by them (first venue I have ever heard this) need to contact Wotif, made contact several times with Wotif to be told the venue will respond within 24 hours... nothing! Been trying to sort for 2 weeks to get no where. Will never use Kondari or Wotif again! (we have had no trouble with Wotif in the past) Very poor

Electrical wires hanging out of light fittings, shower rails fixed in angles, no basic kitchen items such as microwave, plates and bowls etc. Only coffee mugs and teaspoons. For the $159 per night I would have expected some basics. Not in a hurry to stay again or recommend.
