The staff from the valet, front desk, grab n go and West restaurant were all very friendly, professional and helpful. I used the Uber amenity provided to get some donuts 🍩 Very convenient!! The room was comfortable except for the clunky air conditioner. It made too much noise and made it difficult to sleep. The food in the restaurant at the top was excellent! We had the ribeye and the sauce was delicious. The salmon was well cooked with a slight crisp in the edges. The breakfast scramble was well made. But the salsa verde in the chilaquiles was too spicy. The view is remarkable and very worthwhile. I would definitely recommend the experience at Hotel Angeleno.

Great room, and view of universal studious. Free shuttle. Water pressure was terrible, but the room was very nice.

loved the pool and hot tub, transportstion to Universal. great and friendly service. parking was expensive.
