Not much around the area. Very good for a short stay on a long connection flight. use the Shuttle but be mindful it may take a while as per their schedule and terminal.

This was an average hotel airport. We needed one night close to the airport and this served us well. No frills, bathroom is tight and did not like having to step up into the tub with a glass door that swung in and out. But overall was a good enough experience.

I believe that there should be a noticeable difference between the hotels with the same name as i wanted to book the one in terminal 2 and didn't realise till very late that the one i had booked was not the one I wanted

Standard airport hotel, nice gym, clean , not very user-friendly heating, small rooms and bathroom. Bath products were good. This is not the Hilton at the terminal... It's a 10 min ride to terminals , they do have shuttles.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was excellent, and they accommodated a very early check-in for a nominal fee. While the rooms were a bit small, especially with our luggage and strollers, this might be typical for the UK. The hotel's proximity to the underground station (just a 5-minute walk) made getting around very convenient. Additionally, Uber Eats had a wide variety of food options available, particularly Indian cuisine, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Kids enjoyed watching the flights parked nearby.

The hotel location was not so near to airport. 30 minutes by shuttle bus to terminal 3. However, the shuttle bus didn't come as timetable. We waited for 10 more minutes and the bus still didn't come.Then we decided to walk in the dark raining cold morning with luggages to underground finally. The direction given by the hotel staff was not clear either. Hotel staff was not friendly either, cold attitude. 5 mins before the check out time (noon), they knocked my door to ask me to check out while I am still packing. Not a comfortable place to stay again.

There was mold in our shower And honestly, the quality of the food in the restaurant was not very good Although the service was nice And to be honest, I believe I was misled. I thought I was booking for the other Hilton Garden Hotel at Heathrow and was very surprised that we had to take an Uber several miles
