The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet, considering the hotel is beside Heathrow Airport. The rooms were maintained to a good standard and clean. The hotel is in good condition, and the gym facilities suffice.

Lovely hotel but lifts were very very slow so ended up taking stairs multiple times, had problems with my key card and the queues for the desk were really really long. Also no way to control temperature in rooms, and not enough towels provided. Lady who checked me out was very nice and bathroom was great.

This property met all our needs for a 24 hour stopover in London. Wanted to explore parts of London we hadn’t visited, and used convenient public transport to visit Richmond and Windsor. Room was clean, comfortable and amazingly quiet. The staff member who checked us in was very informative and provided excellent customer service. We didn’t use the bar/restaurant but bought wine from the small but well stocked “mini mart” in the foyer when we got back from dinner. Tube to T1,2,3 free from nearby Heaton Cross Station (5min walk). Would stay again.

There is something very misleading about the booking process we met 5 other families who also had booked believing this horror be walking distance to terminal 3 it is not!

This hotel posts “airport shuttle” as a benefit. However, they don’t tell you that the Hotel Hoppa shuttle only goes from Heathrow Terminal 2 or 3: so if you arrive at a different terminal you have to take a train to Terminal 2/3 to get the shuttle. They also don’t tell you that the shuttle only runs hourly during off peak hours or that it is almost 1/2 hour drive to the hotel. So with all the waiting time for the train and the shuttle , it took almost 90 minutes to get to the hotel after immigration and baggage claim. Very inconvenient and exhausting. I would not stay here again.

Very clean and modern and delicious breakfast. One metro stop away from airport and then a 10 minute walk to hotel. Kind of dark at night and not great signage to get to hotel. Once there, great experience.

The In-house restaurant was surprisingly GOOD as was the staff. It's location was a strong point - as there is no other great reason for its location - short walk from the Tube station. Rooms were surprisingly quiet! Comfortable and clean - very hot water!

Unfortunately after showering my husband found dried gum stuck to our bottom sheet. Given the late hour we resigned ourselves to laying down a towel after he scraped it off. Bathroom was also in need of a better clean and towels had stains. Unimpressed with the cleanliness.
