The room was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. The only downside for me was the very firm bed, too hard for me but my partner didn’t have a problem

Nice clean room, roomy bathroom however there is never enough rails to hang towels and no shelf to put toiletries on which is aliitle difficult when you travel with children. During our overnight stay we discovered no water through the middle of the night and it didn't come back on till 6:30 am which was very frustrating and made it uncomfortable when we needed the toilet or ever a drink of water. We were not advised at checkin about water outage, and when trying to find an after hours contact to report problem there wasn't any info in the room or on web page.

The staff at the Hotel were super friendly and very professional in being able to handle my check in details. The bar staff in the restaurant were very obliging and the service was exceptional. I complimented the Service Manager (who was also delivering meals) on the quality and presentation of my meal. Absolutely memorable, to a point where some of the hotels back home could take a leaf out of this hotel's formulation to execute customer service. This is a very busy and popular hotel but the staff were able to deliver on the goals management seek all to deliver. Regards Larry
