Overall was good website should make it clear that there is no shuttle you have to pay $8 to use the yellow bus takes about 39 mins to get to hotel Amenities are good Jalapeño poppers so good

Needed to ask for a fan as you can’t really adjust the temperature in the room stays a balmy 22.5 degrees. Hotel however is accommodating with the fan.

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room air conditioning was not the best. Dinner meals were average. Breakfast was above average. There was no shuttle service to the airport even though it was advertised as such. Instead, there was a periodic airport bus service at $8 dollars per person.

Service was exceptional my only issue was the aircon however when we spoke with the staff they provided a fan which made a massive difference to my comfort.
