I would definitely be staying here again the next time I visit. As well as planning on staying at the other Clayton chain hotels. The staff here were incredibly kind. My daughter had fallen under the weather and the staff were compassionate and sympathetic to her. They even told her where the closest pharmacy was located from the hotel. Helping her to the best of their abilities which she and myself appreciated. The bartender was also incredibly kind to myself and my wife. I was blown away by the staff and how they go above and beyond. The rooms were clean, the room services were excellent. I have no complaints and truly appreciated the staff.

One night business trip.
Was given a disabled persons room. Everything is low down, no room between the toilet and the wash hand basin i could rest my arms on it sat on the toilet. Obviously it made it difficult to access the toilet. The lighting was poor and flickering. I asked to be moved but was told i hsd the last room. A point i argued when i said that there are still rooms on line for hire. Shame really because i have stayed in Claytons msny times in differen locations. Ive never had a problem before.

Great location-- quick walk to the tube, a Costa coffee, and Pret. We had a double room, which was a tad small but lots of space for storage and very clean. The beds were also very comfortable! To enter our room, you had to go through an external door that led you to a small hallway with our door and another guest's door. This would be great for families but a little awkward for complete strangers. Overall, really nice hotel with very warm and personable staff.

Great choice
Great place to stay! My boyfriend and I enjoyed our trip to London. Everything that we wanted to see was in close proximity to the hotel. Great food options were close by. Bed and room was super comfortable. Loved the modern look of the hotel, highly recommend.

Nice Hotel but Expensive
Hotel nice but no tea in the room (only green and pepermint). Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was extra and very expensive. Good location.

Only stayed for one night and needed an early check in as I was sick. Front desk staff waived half my early check in fee without me even asking. Room was across the elevator and I could hear the noise in the hallway very clearly however it was nothing some earplugs couldn’t sort out. No conditioner in the bathroom shower so bring your own!

This is a great hotel, close to Spittlefields. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that it was impossible to figure out how to work the air conditioning, a tutorial at check-in would be extremely helpful. Otherwise totally would stay here again.

The place was close to the underground/metro/subway it was convenient to get around. The room I expected and paid for which was a double deluxe that would be bigger and have a king size bed it did not. I felt cheated. The people were nice and it was a convenient spot.

Staying here was great! Incredibly convenient, clean, walkable, and hospitable staff. The breakfast was phenomenal, such a good variety of options. The room was small but very clean and modern. It had everything needed to make us comfortable for six nights!
