We only stayed one night but were very impressed with the staff, very polite and helpful. The only downside was that you could hear the people in the next room. We would stay here again, ideally situated for a couple of days in the city.

NOISE
Noisy. People talking and car horns at 4am. Works going on in Piccadilly gardens started very early. The bathroom fan noisy too and the windows not very soundproof at all. Comfy bed but only managed 4 hours sleep due to the various noises

Fantastic modern hotel right next to Piccadilly Gardens. 5 minute walk from the station too. Quirky in it's decor, makes a fun place to stay. Modern well fitted out rooms with tea and coffee. Great comfy beds! In the heart of all Manchester has to offer. Friendly efficient staff and bag storage no problem. Fabulous hotel for a city break.

Great hotel in a great location
Fab hotel, right on Picadilly Gardens. Staff friendly and let us check in early. Room clean and comfortable with aircon. View was a bit of a disappointment as it was an internal room. Good breakfast choices (buffet style). Gluten free bread/toast available on request. Didnt need parking as we arrived by train. Would stay again, good choice for a city break.

No hot water in shower
Overall fine, but had bizarrely gruff welcome from reception. Biggest issue was no hot water when I was having a shower on the morning of the 27th Oct. Ended up having to have a freezing cold shower. Reception was too busy as I left so didn't bother complaining but will look for other accomodation options next time.

All very good.
No complaints whatsoever. All good. Comfy bed and all quiet. I loved the corridor carpet on my floor (5th) - autumn leaves etc. Really beautiful.
