Great hotel. Not quite 5 star service but still enjoyable. Our room was cold and we needed an extra heating source to make it just that bit more bearable. The bathroom did not have any heating and was very cold.

Perfect stay
Absolutely stunning hotel. The rooms are unreal, very comfortable bed. Bathroom was amazing and very clean and spacious. Wonderful staff. I can’t wait to return soon hopefully. Would highly recommend. Perfect location, especially if going to see a show. Just a walk across the road from the Theatre as well as Oxford Road station.

Interesting property. Stayed there for 2 nights and it is quite unique. The rooms have Super high ceilings, doors that are 4 inches thick and comfortable beds. This is a historic property and appears on the list of Manchester’s most haunted. It really does have that spooky vibe but it is not unpleasant and is frankly very impressive and interesting to stay here. Avoid the basement rooms. Great to explore. Fabulous breakfast. The haunted staircase is sensational.

Hotel lovely overall. Paid for two king size bed suite and got a double and a king. When questioned they argued it was two kings but you could clearly see they were different sizes.

Superb rooms in such a lovely hotel. Very Christmassy too. Be difficult to find a better hotel on Machesters central city. Loved our stay and will definitely stay again.
