Liked the blue laggon view surrounding the hotel. The parking charges was unexpected and high $30 a night.it would be good for hotel to cover parking for guests or reduce it to $10 a day

There was so much problem to park Hilton had over sold the parking to long twrm rentals. There was no pafing available.We had to fight the floor manager to get us a parking spot. We paid $30 US per day extra for the parkjng which was not available. On top of that if we got the parkjng late at night ( around 12 am) we were told not to go out even in emsrgency as you might loose the parkjng spot. The housekeepig never cleaned our room on the 2nday inspite of letting them know in advance. I would like a compensation !! Me and my family ars really very dissappointed. Pedro,the night shift floor manager was very helpful though.

They don’t provide regular room cleaning. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and 3 days and requested the front desk for room cleaning for all three days. On the first day we left the hotel at around 2 PM and requested the front desk to clean our room. We were assured that it would be done within a few hours. We came back around midnight and our room still wasn't cleaned. The same thing happened on the second day as well. We were out for 5 hours and the room still wasn't cleaned. On both the days they said yes to the request and then neither did they clean our room and nor did they communicate anything to us. On top of that, the front desk staff was very rude when we talked to them on the second night. It was a very disappointing experience. Getting our rooms cleaned was essential for us since we were suffering from a mild flu. Apart from contacting the front desk, we needed to contact both Expedia and Hilton honors guest services on all three days to raise the same complaint. And only after going through all these troubles were we able to get our room cleaned on the last night of our stay. Our room was also in a bad condition, the drawers were broken. Not something you would expect from Hilton. Never ever recommend staying here.

It was nice and familiy freindly but the room cleaning is absurd like there is only one person to clean almost all the rooms and its understanable if she cant. hire more people! We are here for vacation not to clean our rooms especially if you have a big family . Also there is not a lot of dining opcions and not very allergy friendly and the staff is okay ig and and parking should not have to be payed . The hotel is expesive ENOUGH!
