We only stayed here one night - catching a flight the next day, but it was wonderful. They picked us up at the airport, shuttled us back the next day. The staff was great. Loved it!

Upper class establishment. Staff interaction and look have improved by well over recent stays. Whomever is running TheGrand now is doing it right. It was an absolute pleasure.

Its been awhile since our last stay at Jet Park and we were impressed with the refurbishment. Foyer area very inviting with a cafe and many delicious food items on display. Our Room was lovely on the 1st floor. Modern, clean and with everything we needed for our stay. The Bar area is lovely (although I found the music too loud for a place where its nice to relax). Decor is lovely and looking out at the waterfall in the courtyard was very pleasant while enjoying the Cocktail of the Day at Happy Hour. Dinner was delicious but could have been hotter. Lovely staff in all areas. Free Parking is a plus too. A great stay and we will be back again for sure.

The staff are very helpful and very nice. They are friendly and willing to help anytime. I will for sure go back again in the future.
