Check in was super easy and the hotel was overall really great. The only issue I had was the street noise I could hear very clearly from my room on the 2nd floor. Throughout the night I could hear people talking loudly on the street so it woke me up several times.
Otherwise, the room was very clean, the bed was more comfortable than most hotels I’ve stayed in recently, and the staff were very friendly.
From start to finish the experience was great,great check in, beautiful rooms,very comfortable bed and pillows, breakfast in the morning was great you could have anything you wanted and it was delicious, check out easy the hotel also looked after our cases while we went shopping, the location for the hotel was very central to night life shopping great restaurants and activities, with this in mind the hotel was cery quiet at night which was great fir a good night sleep, so all in all a excellent hotel.
Very modern looking hotel in a great location in the centre of town, the hotel is very clean and well looked after with friendly staff.

Certainly not the Four Seasons by any stretch. That said, it definitely came as advertised. It was clean, a good bed and a decent TV. My only issue was that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t the greatest.
Other than that, a great location in the Bigg Market.
I’d stay there again.
The property was very central easy parking nearby as recommended by the hotel staff. A nice size room and bathroom, clean and all the facilities we need for an overnight stay good value for money.
Staff at reception weren't overly helpful. Two in particular were rude. The room wasn't very clean, sequins on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Shower head was filthy. The toilet kept running in water. Tv remote control was disgusting. An average stay.
