We accidentally booked our room for the wrong night. Sierra at the front desk was very helpful and SO nice. Although it was my mistake, she helped me get it fixed and made us feel like valued customers. She was so kind and more places need employees/people like her!

Great stay. Comfy beds and friendly customer service. They have the good cinnamon rolls at breakfast!

Great place in Omaha to stay. Love it here. Can be kinda loud at night because of traffic and the rooms could use a deep clean besides that it’s great!

Room was clean and had a great view from 10th floor. Only complaint is thin walls and could hear loud drunkies (2:30 am bar close crowd) in the hallway. Sounded like they were literally shouting at our door.... Price for parking was $25 per night, not terrible but cost was an unknown until we checked out. Necessary evil when driving/parking in Omaha. Great location easy walking distance to CHI event center (15 min walk), and quick easy access to shopping and dining options in the Old Market. Would book here again for sure!
