A Comfortable Home Away From Home That Sleeps 8 (For EZ Online booking select Reservation Request). Home away from home has 2 master suites with private bath and features a keyless entry system. House has wood floors in the living, dining and hall areas, an alarm system, high speed wireless internet, free long distance for the continental U.S. and Canada, a game room. The location is perfect for golfers as it's moments away from the prestigious Reunion and Champions gate courses. Great for a small group or two families as it’s only a few minutes drive to Disney's doorstep and around an hour and you're at Cocoa Beach! This charming villa has flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and the family gathering area. After a hectic day at the park, chill out in the relaxing whirlpool while the kids’ play in the large swimming pool. This charming home is an ideal place to spend your vacation and conveniently located close to shops and restaurants.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $300 security deposit is required for all reservations by leaving a valid credit card number on file. Credit card will only be charged if damages are noted upon departure. You may opt to purchase damage protection insurance starting at $59 in lieu of leaving a credit card number on file.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 60 days prior to check-in, guest will receive refund minus the $200 non-refundable reservation payment and all service fees charged by HOMEAWAY.
POOL HEAT PURCHASE: The pool heater will only warm the pool about 10 to 15 degrees F above the daily outside temperature. Heat is charged @ daily rate of $25. Pool heat and spa is heated with the same element.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests are required to provide all paper items and washing soaps for laundry and dish washing as minimal starter items are only provided.

Perfect house for the price!
We recently stayed at this property for our family Disney trip. It was 7 of us total, including grandparents. It was also our first time using VRBO. Everything was perfect. The house was exactly as pictured and described. All of my questions were answered very promptly. Everything worked as it should. It was a little further than the 15/20 min to the Disney parks in our opinion. More like 25/30 but still very worth the drive. As another review mentioned, don't try and park a very large vehicle in the driveway as you may have trouble getting out since cars park on the street and it can be very narrow. Everyone really enjoyed this property, including the pool. I paid for the additional heating but I'm not sure if it was because it was already so hot out (low 90's) or if it just wasn't working but it definitely was never 10 degrees above the outside temperature, which was ok since it was warmer out than we anticipated. Just wish that the hot tub could be heated separately so you could actually enjoy it as well but we knew about that in advance so it definitely wasn't a deal breaker. Owner and property manager seem very nice, accommodating and professional. We drove from Buffalo, NY straight through which was about 18/19hrs and they were nice enough to coordinate an early check in for us at no additional charge. Upon departure we checked the house thoroughly except for the dryer where all of our bathing suits were but the owner had them found and the property manager mailed them back to me. All in all I'd definitely give the house and experience 5 stars and we would absolutely go back to this property in the future should we choose to go to Disney again. It has also made me happy to use VRBO in the future as well since it was such an easy and effortless process.

Fantastic 4 with 3 ("4 Bed & 3 Bath")
I have a wonderful time add this 4 bedroom 3 bath home ice clamation mark it was in a very nice neighborhood with no noise and very friendly neighbors! We had our family (us 2 parents and our 5 children ages 6-17). My 17 year old daughter has a bad back as well as my husband and I do and she said her bed was really comfortable! Our bed was very enjoyable as well! We were in Orlando for football tournaments through ESPN with our 7 year old son. We live 7 hours away from Orlando and it is very important for us to get what we are lead to online and I can honestly say that we got EXACTLYWHAT WAS ADVERTISED! The owners and the manager was very easy to get a hold to. When we arrived I noticed that in the guest bathroom the toilet seat was cracked where you sit down. I let the manager know "as asked in the paperwork" and they had maintenance come the next day because we arrived late the first night. I wasnt really even worried about it, i just wanted to let them know that we didn't break it so we wouldn't be charged. The game room kept the 4 little ones busy! It's a Pac man Arcade machine, a Pool table and a dining room table with 4 chairs (PERFECT PLACE FOR THEM TO SNACK AND EVEN EAT!) The pool and hot tub was amazing! It got hot for us perfectly! Great stress reliever! We will definitely stay next Orlando Vacay!

The only warning I would makes others aware of is do not drive a big truck if possible. The streets line up with vehicles parked on both sides and it can get tight squeezing between two cars parked in the street. We drove our Expedition and was fine. This was a wonderful place to stay! Plenty of space for the 8 of us. The gate around the pool and extra safety lock on the sliding door was peace of mind for my toddler! And the price was great! Owners were great with communication!
