I mentioned to the hotel it was our anniversary, they gave us a room with a balcony, box of chocolates and a card. The bar staff were very good, a lady in particular was amazing, Grace, so friendly & chatty.

Amazing Beatles Hotel
Amazing Beatles inspired hotel steps away from the Cavern club! Service was superb, hotel was very clean and beds very comfortable! Enjoyed the music, and Beatles memorabilia

Having an issue of the water randomly turning off for the hotel, and only finding out about it via a sign on arrival, is poor service, honesty and etiquette. Made worse by, of course, it happening while I’m in the middle of showering and rushing to get ready for an event..

Hotel was excellent Bar was excellent just understaffed around happy hour when it was at its busiest Beautiful decor and rooms Some of the rooms we booked did not have windows but not a biggie Best location possible
