Friendly, comfortable hotel, with excellent facilities.

Lovely quality hotel right in the centre of cardiff. The rooms are a quiet iasis with great shower and comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was lovely with a full choice of food. The only problem is the parking. We parked close by in the railway car park at 13.90 for 24 hours. Will definitely use this hotel again

I really enjoyed my stay it was a great central location perfect for the Christmas market. The room was spacious & the beds comfortable it had a large shower with good water pressure & the buffet breakfast a an excellent selection which was included in your room rate. The main selling point though is the staff all I spoke to were both pleasant & helpful. The only down side was that the bar had no tomatoe juice, so if you were wanting a Bloody Mary you'd be out of luck.

The room itself was beautifully designed—elegant yet cosy, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the attention to detail in the decor really enhanced the overall experience. I would highly recommend the Gainsborough Spa Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Bath. It’s the perfect combination of indulgence and charm, and I will definitely be returning.
