My husband and I stayed at the hotel for one night and would definitely stay here again. It is very conveniently located at the airport and our room was large, clean and very comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is way out dated Rooms where old , no where on night stand to plug phone into Carpet was gross , feet where brown after 5 minutes of walking around, hallways carpet stains everywhere,, for this price and this brand , should be way nicer and up to date

Talk about comfort! This hotel was attractive, clean, and comfortable, with excellent service and friendly staff. It's location at Heathrow Terminal 5 made it perfect for connecting with my flight. Highly recommended!

The hotel was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our room. Getting from there to Terminal 5 was OK. Moving from Terminal 5 to Terminal 2 was a nightmare with getting down to the Piccadilly line, interminable wait and crowds to get the train going. Very long walk then to get to the gates. Take a taxi from the hotel -- it's worth the money!

The hotel for being a Sofitel was terrible. We’ve stay at the downtown one and it was lovely. Our first room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke we had to move rooms. It’s suppose to be a non smoking hotel. The carpets are so stained and old. Thankfully the bed was comfortable and water was hot. Since we only stayed one night it was fine but definitely does not live up to the others standards.
