Romantic accommodation in San Marco

Very pleasant staff . Very helpful when the airline was delivering our delayed luggage .

All good, box breakfast was helpful at 6am.

This was my first trip to Venice and the Hotel Cavalletto e Doge Orseolo was a great location for us to explore Venice from. Like most structures in Venice this obviously is an older building, but it is very well maintained and updated. They also had a very good full breakfast buffet included with the room. My only complaint was there was no hot water on our first morning, but they fixed that as soon as we notified them.

The location of the hotel is great! Staff were wonderful and friendly. Front desk Marteno was awesome! Super helpful. Google maps put us in the back of the hotel but someone who worked at the hotel knew we were confused and pointed us in the right direction. I would definitely use this hotel again. Location was everything.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was lovely and well-equipped. I wish I had a cup of their breakfast coffee right this minute!
