Close to several MRT lines, centrally located. Hotel was clean, room service staff were courteous and accommodating.

Perfect spot for an overnight stay at Changi Airport. The Jewel will keep you busy for a day.

Very clean

I stopped over for 3 nights with my 2 children on our way home from New Zealand. Hotel was lovely and easy and inexpensive to get to from by taxi from airport. Location excellent with a shopping centre across the road and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The river cruises leave just minutes walk away and everything you need is close by. Chinatown around 5 mins walk away. Taxis were always waiting outside and we used these for gardens by the bay, zoo and airport runs. I was Surprised how inexpensive these were. Hotel quiet at nights and beds very comfy. Only complaint was that when I checked in i was told at reception if we wanted a late check out we could let them know at any point of our stay and that would be arranged. The next day I was told by a very unhelpful receptionist that this was no longer an option as the hotel was fully booked. As we had a very late flight and I have 2 children I decided to look at the day use website to see if i could find any hotels close by we could use instead. I spent a lot of time checking this and The Paradox Merchant hotel was coming up on that website as available for the times we needed it so I decided to try my luck at reception again to be told by a differrent receptionist this was not a problem so I proceeded to book late check out. I felt I could have been saved the stress of considering options and searching for alternatives if i had not been misinformed by reception initially. My children loved the pool which was pretty quiet!

I loved being able to soak in the tub after a long day of exploration of Singapore. Also, Jun, the Concierge assistant, was so attentive and helpful, that he truly enhanced my stay.
