The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They provide great services and prompt response to noise compliant.

staff were outstanding. room was nice and big. out dated old feeling. bathtub has hole on the side. water pressure was practically 2 of 10 scale. took me over half an hour to fill up the tub to soak. and only luke warm water instead of good hot one (turned on max). good convenient place to stay near the pdx international. can hear noises from plane taking off and from neighboring rooms above. shuttle to nearby coffee n fast food. (great).

Clean and quiet

The whole crew is always great (we often see Sabrina at the front desk) and stay here often as everyone is friendly, it’s been reliable, clean and conveniently located!

This is a very nice property. The room's facing the river have a great view. Every time I have stayed here the rooms have been very clean. I have no complaints about the room itself. One thing I will say is that the facilities are a little bit old and it shows sometimes. One of the elevators can be a bit scary. Other than that my experience with this place has been very positive. I guess the only other thing to keep in mind is that it is not that close to many shopping areas downtown, although if you're willing to walk a bit there are some stores further north on the waterfront.
