The hotel went above and beyond for me and my partner to celebrate my birthday! A small gift and a bottle of Prosecco and an upgrade to a Docklands view room, I couldnt have asked for more! I will definitely going back again!
The Staff at the front desk were outstanding with the help they gave me. RITA, GUSTAVO, CHEYENNE, and VIVIEN instructed me as to how to board the Elizabeth train line to get to my various destinations. They also suggested stores for groceries to go to and tourist sites.

We got an upgrade and it was a beautiful room, clean and quiet quick access to the train station dining was amazing at the restaurant, if I’m ever in London again I’ll definitely stay here loved it
A fairly quiet part of London 2 mins from DLR Royal Victoria. Food in the hotel was surprisingly good but also a few options to dine out close by. Staff were very helpful and I’d happily stay again.
Check in was easy.
Room was lovely and we got a view.
My phone cable had broken and reception gave me a packet with a multi charge cable for free.
Shower had a good strong spray and toiletries were nice.
Good hairdryer, iron and ironing board in room.
Bed, pillows and duvet all really nice quality.
At breakfast there was a vast array of food which all looked amazing.
Will definitely be returning.
Check in was smooth and efficient. Gustavo was very helpful, he went above & beyond to ensure I found adequate parking and that me and my family settled in. Sabrina was on hand to answer all my queries and was very helpful too. Vivien handled my check out and dealt with my additional requests quickly and efficiently.
Beautiful hotel, staff were excellent and the food was lovely! It is a bit tricky to get to as a bit of a walk from the nearest tube, but ideal for the EXcel Centre.
The location was perfect for what we wanted with easy access to sights etc. The hotel itself was pretty good although a little tired. Staff were excellent, really friendly and very helpful. Swimming pool needed a clean as it was very cloudy on our 2nd visit

I really enjoyed staying at the Docklands crowne plaza hotel. My room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the tube too. The breakfast buffet was great and so was dinner. Plus I loved drinking a pint of Camden ale after a long day of sightseeing. I only have two complaints about my stay. First was upon arrival to the hotel me and my family were treated rudely by I believe a French receptionist. We had just arrived from a 10 hour journey from NYC to Heathrow Airport then a 90 minute cab drive. It was almost 11pm London time. I was standing in line to check in when the receptionist I mentioned earlier told me she sees me but they are having a staff change and I have to wait. I said ok but then minutes later she begins assisting and flirting with a handsome tall man who arrived after me to check in. I could’ve made a scene but I have manners and I was exhausted and figured it best to just mention that incident in this review. My second complaint is that the pool is really a club and they only allow children to swim in it during early hours of the day. So if you are traveling with a child like I did and picked this hotel with the intention of using the pool after a day of sightseeing please be aware that you have to make time during your trip to use the pool during the day cause you can’t after I think 5 or 6pm. So plan accordingly. But again this is a clean and comfortable hotel. And I enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again.
We had an excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza Docklands! The area is very cosmopolitan and close to the DLR network. All the staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble! We enjoyed the breakfast and meals in the restaurant were very tasty! I would recommend the Crowne Plaza to other travellers to London
Customer service was horrible practically the manager was shouting at me at one point about asking the car park which was overcharge me l, not very helpful
£25 a night, I was told was £6 a night when I was checking in.
