Compare Hotels with Parking in St. Paul

The staff are the real treat at this property. From front desk to restaurant we encountered kind and helpful staff. The convenience of multiple things to do in the area and walking straight in to Mall of America is a clear winner for choosing to sray at this location too.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I enjoyed this place so much, I had to leave an A review. Wow! What a unique, comfortable, and clean hotel! I booked late and got a cheaper room in the basement and know that my room may not have been as spectacular as the others. But it was still very clean, looked nice, had a comfy bed, an updated and a trendy bathroom with a warm shower, and was exactly what I needed. The building and decor added so much character. The breakfast was also superior to other continental breakfasts I have had. The price was even very good for the location, comfort, and amenities offered. I did not try anything at the bar but it was busy and it looked like everyone there was enjoying themselves. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The only downfall (which isn’t a big deal to me but may be to others) is the parking situation. There isn’t a lot of available street parking so I parked in the parking garage that is adjacent to the hotel (cost around $18 overnight). There is a considerable amount of walking from the parking garage to the hotel so I wanted to share this if someone is not able to walk far with a suitcase. This however was no problem for me and I highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again when passing through the area.

Perfect location, beautiful hotel with character. Wonderful staff

The property is an old U.S. Postal Office building. I love how some of the features of the building's past life were integrated in to the renovation for the hotel. The room, which was very clean, had incredibly tall ceilings, which added a wow factor when we arrived. I appreciated how secure everything felt. Overall, a very nice stay.

Breakfast was awesome. Great selections! AND a dinner buffet? So good. Loved our stay!
