Step out onto the balcony and prepare to be amazed by the stunning direct view of the gulf front. In the master bedroom, you'll find a king size bed just waiting for you to sink into it. The second bedroom is equally inviting with its 2 queen beds, while the third bedroom offers two twin size beds. Entertainment is never far away with TV's in the living room and master bedroom. If you enjoy a night in, the living room also provides a sleeper sofa for those extra cozy evenings. The condo was easy to access and nicely decoratedThere were parts that were run down (the fridge for instance) we also didn’t have enough toilet paper or paper towels for our family of 5 for the length of our stay so I had to go out and buy some. We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s, this was a first for that. There was a very strong chemical cleaning smell when we arrived. We found a few palmetto bugs inside (I brought my diffuser and put peppermint in it because I read that deters them)If you like to cook, the kitchen was missing a few key things (potholders) and the sink was pretty small if you like to hand wash your dishes. The view was great, we spent a lot of time on the balcony and the beach was very easy to access.

Condo review

The condo has a great view and right next to the beach. We went swimming every night. One day we had dolphins right next to the beach. Only complaint we had was we killed 3 cockroaches in the condo

Great spot on the beach

We enjoyed this property! We’ve stayed in other units in the building and enjoyed this one the most. There were hairs still in the bathroom and we needed to rewatch some of the bed sheets but overall nothing that would stop us from booking this one again. Some recommendations would be to update kitchen utensils, especially the knives.

Overall the only thing this condo has going for it is its location— everything inside needs some TLC. Both of the shower heads need to be desperately replaced, the guest bathroom left sink barely has any water pressure, and the kitchen sink is impossible to turn fully off making the dripping noise bothersome. The pull out drawer beneath the oven is practically coming off and the kitchen ware (utensils) need to be replaced. The guest room with the queen bends has dust bunnies hanging off the ceiling which eventually fall off onto the beds when the AC blows which is really unhygienic. The door to enter the unit comes with a very long code and the instructions to reset it were not working which then blocked the door from being able to be unlocked for a good 5-10 minutes. Upon arrival, none of the TVs were working and we were missing remotes- called maintenance and they promptly replied and said they’d correct the problem the following morning. When the following morning came, maintenance was supposed to call and give us heads up on coming- they entered the unit without so much as a knock catching everyone off guard- made us supper uncomfortable. They also showed up without the needed remote and said they’d buy one and come back— when they came back they again entered the unit completely unannounced. I would not return to this property in the future and I do not recommend it.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

This condo was spacious, clean and perfect for a girls' weekend at the beach. Comfortable beds, big balcony with awesome close-up views of the beach and incredible sunsets. The property had a nice heated pool, private parking and friendly neighbors, and was within walking distance of bars and restaurants. We will be back!

Great location, The Reef across the street is wonderful! check in/check-out was super easy and very well communicated. Got a call that our condo was available early. There are rental chairs on the beach which was great. Pool was heated. Property was kept very clean. Would definitely come back!

Family Get A Way

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Every morning our Granddaughter would go out on the patio and watch for dolphins There are beach chairs to take to the beach. There are plenty of dishes, silverware, pots & pans. We would definately stay here again!

Nice condo, location, views. Beach was right there, beds were comfortable. Very dirty, no toilet paper or paper towels. It was a lot of money so I think you could leave some toilet paper

Madeira Getaway

We spent 2 days in Disney & Universal Studios, followed by 4 days at Las Brisas #203. The location is great for going to all the local restaurants & John's Pass. Highly recommend Waffle House, Crabbys on the Pass & Sea Breeze. Ice cream at the Candy Kitchen in nearby North Redington Beach. Spent nights walking the beach & enjoying the sunsets. Check out Dolphin Quest for a great Sunset Cruise. We loved Madeira Beach. Toes in the sand, with a drink in the hand.

Great location! I would stay here again. Condo could use some updating but it didn’t affect my stay. My stay only complaint is our feet were black if we walked on the floors barefooted. Also the third bedroom could use a tv. Great stay regardless!

Incredible Location

Las Brisas is centrally located on Gulf Blvd. The beach was very nice and we enjoyed morning walks and watch dolphins several mornings from our deck. Our property was great a few minor improvements are needed, but nothing that would not have me book it again. There were 5 adults and we had plenty of room.

Just a few notes for next guests

If you are planning to stay in and cook meals, take notes: Kitchen is stocked with dishes. —-No baking (cookie) sheets —-No hot pads Two of the bedrooms did not have working lights —- bulb was burnt out so took one from the living room and put the burnout one back which tells us the cleaning staff did not go into two of the three bedrooms One garbage bag provided that was too short for the tall garbage can —-so you may want to bring a couple of your own tall kitchen garbage bags if you will be therefor more than a full day. No dish soap but there was one pod for dish washer —Bring dish soap if you want to cook meals and hand wash glasses/utensils — Bring toilet paper if you are staying more than one night. —-Bring coffee. There are two options- a Keurig or a regular coffee pot - not sure if there were filters. — We walked to a few coffee shops in the morning. Great walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Less than one hour, xxx feet after rinsing at the beach and coming upstairs and walking barefoot in the kitchen and condo area.. black dirty on the bottom so —-Bring Slippers or flip flops or something to wear inside so you don’t have to go barefoot.
