Nice property. I would stay here again. I think there's a drainage problem because the toilets don’t really work and water backs up in the tub while in the shower.

Hotel was convenient to the airport. Staff was friendly, and property was clean.

The hotel was very nice, the staff was great (friendly, helpful, and accommodating), my room was spacious, clean, and had nice new features. The bathroom was very clean, had lots of room, and the shower was great. and the bed was very comfortable, and the room had good black-out shades to keep things nice and dark. I loved the choice of restaurants and ended up going to The Buffet. The staff at the restaurant was very kind, and the food was really good (I got sushi). Two things though - I would put signage on the hotel's back entrance and how to access the front. My taxi dropped me off at the back and I had no idea where I was supposed to go since the doors were locked. It wasn't fun and a little scary when it was getting dark, you were alone, and there was luggage to haul. The other is better updates on airport transportation. I had planned to take the shuttle to LaGuardia, but when I came to the lobby at 9:20 am I was told the next shuttle would be at 10 am. My flight was at 10:44 am, so there was no way I could do this and ended up calling an Uber. It was fine, but there was a little breakdown in communication between the shuttle service and the evening check-in staff. It all worked out, and I would still recommend this hotel.
