Good staff - the room is extremely small. Clean and also near the airport. The neighborhood doesn’t look safe or appealing - bunch of construction ongoing.

One overnight stay until the onward flight
We stayed at the hotel for one night. Our onward flight was not until the evening. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel without any problems until the journey to JFK Air. Spent the day in Manhattan by bus and train. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Free transfer to the airport even directly to the terminal.

From the time you walk into the room you instantly get a homey feeling ! The controlled elevator instantly gave a feeling of increased safety. The staff members were very knowledgeable and were very quick to show confidence in the level of safety they provide to their guests. The staff didnt give the welcome home feeling. They didn't scream come chat with me but they didnt scare you off either. They were very responsive. The rooms are seemingly close to each so you will hear people outside your door. There is no onsite parking and street parking is tough. The hotel is positioned literally across from mountains of salt used by the sanitation department which is down the block. There are garbage trucks everywhere which does nothing for the view.
