I have stayed at this property 3 times, the first 2 were exceptional. Easy check in great rooms and a wonderful shower. The last (room 510) was dismal, AC in the room wouldn’t blow on high, the TV remote would not control the TV, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers were either empty or didn’t work. The valve for the shower was messed up and we had a difficult time getting it to deliver water that wasn’t scalding hot. The other rooms we stayed at the shower was wonderful ( they were walk-in showers with a seat). My recommendation is avoid room 510.

The hotel was safe, clean and provided dining in the restaurant. Very convenient if your doing business in Queens. Some areas had a faint smell just from the building being older but overall a good stay.

The hotel was one of the nicest hotels that we’ve stayed in. The only problem was this hotel was posted under the “free breakfast” category and they DO Not have continental breakfast

Overall great stay
We stayed one night to get some rest returning from Europe prior to continuing on home. The beds and room were clean and mattresses very comfortable. The food during breakfast and lunch was excellent and our 4 and 6 year olds left with full bellies. The fixtures in the bathroom were quite loose and the body wash in the shower was empty. Overall we had a wonderful 1 night stay.

The staff that I encounter in the morning was very short did not want to talk to me kept brushing me off and was very disrespectful when I kept asking questions because what I was told previously from staff is that I check in at the counter and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes and I was trying to check out and the lady just told me “ you’re good bye” wanted nothing to do with me.
