Very cheap and pictures are a catfish LOL. Thought the hotel was bigger due to photos but it's small. Customer services isn't there, very short and lazy. 4 of us checked in to our room and only 2 towels in the bathroom. Asked for towels and front desk lady rudely told us to come downstairs to get them. Also stated housekeeping is only every 3 days like our stay was 4 days so? Had to wrestle the door to get into the room, not sure why it was so hard to open but fix it? Room has no ventilation or windows so the hotel smells dirty and gross. I like airing my room out, but the only way to do that was to leave your door open after a shower since the steam causes condensation, which then creates a urine-like stench in the room. Breakfast options limited and old food is put out. You can tell this place is a penny pincher because they do not want to fix or change it. Only pluses are that it's in Chinatown so around a lot of shops, restaurants and the train is only a 5 min walk. Wouldn't recommend, stay elsewhere esp if you care about good customer service and cleanliness.
