A bit bland but comfortable
A very central hotel close to theatre and time square. Very good views and a very comfortable room. Breakfast is very basic and not worth buying. Wifi is charged as an extra which was surprising

Nice view, clean rooms. The free airport shuttle was so useful. The only bad thing is that the neighbor on the next room was making too much noise. I couldn’t sleep all night long. I could hear this person talking on the phone speaker all night long since 12 am until 3:30 am when I left the room for my flight. I was so disappointed that call customer service around 1am they said they will notify their security but nothing happens. It looks like the room that I stayed was connected to my neighbor room that is why I was able to hear his phone conversation.

Great place to stay near JFK!
The hotel location was perfect for our trip! Conveniently close to the airport. The most pleasant surprise was the friendliness of everyone on the staff; from front desk to bellman! The restaurant menu was excellent too!

The front desk messed up on the room. Initially I was assigned to a room but the key did not work. I requested a king size and was placed in a double with no apology or an offer to provide me with the room I originally requested. I was still charged the same rate. Will not be going back to this location in the future
