Rooms are ok, property rundown
The location and hours of the shuttle made this very convenient for my early morning flight from JFK. The motel itself is rundown, and it was a bit noisy--both from the road and the other occupants. Sheets / towels /bathrooms all perfectly clean. Some stains on the wall and coffee maker was missing its tray. Accessibility difficult, as I would have needed 2 elevators to get to my room.
My stay was no good room smell like cigarettes and I ask for non smoker -the blinds were broken and not to clean -they said I could had stay until 1:30pm and than they wanted to charge me -the individual said something else on the phone and then a different story whrr ed n I got there -will not book my stay there again

The stay was very average. For a one night stay on the first floor there were many noises throughout the night and the windows did not lock and felt very thin. It was difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL... We booked to stay here through hotels.com. When we arrived late at night with our 2 small children we were told our room would have no lock on the door. We accepted as it was the only room available after a long flight. When we went to our room it was already occupied with someone's luggage and the beds had been slept in. We went back to reception and were told there were no other rooms and we would have to stay somewhere else. The hotel refused to provide a refund. The staff and management are very unhelpful and rude. Disgusting experience and customer service. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, pay a bit more money and stay at a proper hotel.
We was only one night because we will take a early morning fly and we want to take the shuttle to the JFK but the driver looked so stoned that we rather take a cap to take us to the airport.
Bathroom mirror broken top to bottom, Window blind was broken/missing one slat, Only four TV stations, Light fixture sockets loose with missing trim/cover, Breakfast selection very limited, Shuttle bus was convenient and frequent.
Breakfast was very limited and stale. Bread and cereal. That’s it! This is not the hotel to book if you want a good night sleep. I could hear doors slamming all night!!! It’s ghetto! They need you employees at the front desk! They checked me out when I had another day. I was soo angry! They are so uniformed with their own policies.
Horrible Experience , better to find a decent plac
Horrible Experience. I had my flight booked the following day and I checked with the day staff in reception when I check in if I can store my luggage somewhere in the hotel after my checkout since my flight was in the evening. The day receptionist confirmed it’s not a problem and I can store my luggage . But when I checked out in the morning and asked the night receptionist who was on duty ( Sam) she was so rude and refused to keep my luggage as confirmed by day staff . I even asked if I can speak to the manager and she said she is unable to arrange that until 11am where as my flight was at 9 am . Because of this I couldn’t arrange anything at the last minute and had to spend $103 for 3 suitcases to store it in the terminal 4 luggage storage . Will never ever recommend this property and please avoid .
