The staff are all so kind and amazing! I stay at the start of my travels for 5 days in July. Im not a person that makes time for breakfast and decides to do the breakfast option for my stay. It was a simple BUT amazing eggs and bacon with a small salad, soup and bread bar. As i said i dont really like breakfast but i made time to wake up early to have it. So yummy! The bed comfort wasnt the best but I made due.
If you are a non-smoker, smoking rooms are not recommended.

Great area but property hasn't looked to be updated in 20 years. The staff were pleasant, and everything went smoothly from the time of checking in to departing, but there was a lack of deep cleaning and old amenities.
Nice hotel and the staff was very helpful. It is listed that they have parking but actually it’s just paid parking lots around the area that are very expensive.

Liked: Staff & service
When I checked in at 3pm the cleaning staff were still working and there were towels etc all over the hallway. But all the front of house and kitchen staff were very helpful, friendly and polite

We got so many new towels every day, but I would have preferred a toothbrush and toothpaste replacement instead. Also, the complementary water was very helpful but only on the first night? It’s like you don’t treat longer stays as well as you treat one-night-only stays. First night only policy should be reconsidered.
The room had a lot of advertising upon entry, making it more difficult to relax. Overall the room was clean except the drain of the bathtub. The location was also a bit awkward to access but the neighborhood was quiet and had some nice options nearby.Overall it was slightly worse compared to other hotel stays but alright for the money spent. Also wouldn't recommend the hotel breakfast.

Needs serious renovation, but was comfortable. Breakfast isn't worth it with many nice coffee bars, bakeries, and restaurants within five minutes' walk.
The room and bathroom were very small, but the bed was big, clean, and comfortable. All i needed was there. The location was also perfect for me. Great value.
We stayed for two nights. First night, they didn’t give us pajamas. Second night, they gave us yukata pajamas without obi (sash). The facility was old and not clean. The bidet toilet was manual (never seen one before). Overall this was the first APA hotel we were not satisfied with. Disappointed. Won’t stay there again. Most other APA hotels were very pleasant and clean, so we were taken off guard.
This facility was good. I did not like the cigarette smoke at all. Also, I wish the food shop downstairs open a little longer or provided more options .

I did not think the dusting was acceptable, my allergies were triggered. My window was broken, would not close fully. When I informed the Front Desk they tried to fix it but when they failed, they said Maintenance will fix it after I check out. I felt the draft no matter what temperature I set the heater at. If the hotel does not keep Maintenance on-call then that information needs to be given to the guest. Saying they will fix it after I leave made me feel unimportant.
