I like the quitemess of the area and easy to naviigate with transport. My only issue was the buffet, we stayed 8 days and same food all the time.

Good location, very close to public transport and accessible. Handy to have self service laundry. Beds sooo comfy. Only thing to be aware of, is that the bathrooms are tiny in the room. For anyone really tall or big, it would be a difficult fit.

Literally have a 5 min walk to the train that takes you everywhere you would need ! There is an elevator near the hotel side to help with luggages as well. The location is quiet and the street is safe . There is a family mart and 7 eleven within walking distance so that was useful . The downstairs pub was nice to have. The staff didn’t speak English really well but they could get by enough with translate on the phone. The room had everything you need and they cleaned per requests daily . Would definitely stay there again

The rooms are VERY small - the queen bed stretches the entire width of the room and there is very little room to move. The bathroom is tiny also. The breakfast buffet had a minimal selection also. In saying this, it’s a clean, modern hotel with a bar/restaurant for evening meals, and it’s a great location right across from the subway station. The staff were friendly also.

Right across the street was the metro station which made it easy to get anywhere. Could get to downtown Shinjuku/Shibuya in about 15/20 minutes. Lots of convenience stores by the hotel which was also nice

It is offense to not be transparent with your guest when sharing photos of your room/s size. It was also an inconvenience; but a blessing that we were able to check out the next day and found a hotel to better accommodate us or our trip would have been ruined, which prayerfully it was an awesome experience in the end. Please consider being transparent with just how SMALL those rooms really are. I will bet my last dollar that a prison cell in Japan holds more people. Sad!

This hotel offered quite small rooms in a supposedly "resort and spa" setting. If you want to use the pool or the spa there is a charge. The small pool is more adequate for a children's pool as the depth is barely 3 feet in an area smaller than the size of my living room at home
