This was in a business area so a lot quieter and less busy. Totally what we wanted. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the Irish bar downstairs is actually delicious! Shinjuku malls, don quijote, Godzilla, were about a 10-15 min uber which cost $10-$15 USD. (We paid for vans) The hotel itself is high so great view from the window. Luggage scale and storage in lobby. 7 eleven and family mart across the street. Metro station a few steps away. Only thing is did not like is the bathroom was small and you had to climb up into them (though not sure if all rooms had the same bathroom). The beds were firm but not as firm as other Japanese hotels.

If you are going to stay long, you have to know that cleanup of your room is every 3 days and you will have to put your garbage outside the room if you don’t want to live with it! Room cleaning service can be improved! It is good located, a few steps from the subway station!

The hotel really needs to teach the staff how to clean the rooms. We stayed for 12 days, and during these days the carpet in our room was not vacuumed, the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The chairs in the rooms were dirty. We asked the front desk to vacuum our room and clean the bathroom (even mentioned what to clean and etc); however, not much a difference.

Location and breakfast is good We are traveling and leaving the hotel for 2 days, and be back to same hotelfor another 3 days. We try ask Staff to storage the extra luggage in hotel. The staff is not friendly to reject without any communication

When I went up to my room the first day of arriving, I went to put my luggage under the bed and found there was a pair of dirty underwear that someone left behind. The pool use was for a price of $15 an hour which was not specified when I booked the room. Late check out was $10 an hour when I booked, but was changed to $20 an hour while I was there stating “tryout period of $20.” I purchased breakfast and the hotel gave me a paper saying breakfast was 0700-1000. The paper said to be there by 9:30. I went down at 9:25 and was told to hurry up because they were shutting down. I grabbed breakfast and went back for another drink at 9:40 and was told the drink machine is shut down. A lot of bait and switch with the hotel. Be warned.
