Very clean and the staff are very nice and professional who takes care of all our needs in the hotel. Very accessible and convenient to the malls and to all the restaurants services of the housekeeping is very good and the view of the room from the outside from our window is perfection. Thank you for our stay and i highly recommend this hotel to wveryone who wish to visit Tokyo Japan.

The Best Hotel in Tokyo!
The hotel staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. The hotel rooms were beautiful and had stunning views, I literally could not say a bad word about this place! I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Tokyo, it is in a perfect location, moments away from the famous Shibuya crossing.

Cannot say enough about the room, amenities and staff. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Offered Japanese and western breakfast. I preferred the Japanese though the western offered anything and everything you could want. The room was very nice and concierge was most helpful

Lovely hotel with easy access to Shibuya Station (once you get the hang of the station exits)! There are currently construction works at Shibuya, which make access slightly trickier if arriving by train.

We really enjoyed our stay here with amazing views from 37th floor. Splurge for club access with generous drinks, buffet/appetizers, breakfast and views of Mt. Fuji. Great location, walkable to countless restaurants and shopping. Nice, clean fitness center and pool.

Very nice hotel, and well located. The only negative points are that the stuff mostly does not have an appropriate knowledge of English, and room decoration looks a little bit old. However, overall I liked the hotel, and the restaurants it incudes.
