Great location, excellent services. Every evening they offer complimentary tea and sake on the 14th floor, which you can enjoy the Tokyo Tree Tower.

Conveniently located and friendly staff
Hotel is located literally outside one of the entrances to Tokyo Metro Naka-Okachimachi station and 5 minutes walk to JR Ueno. Staff were friendly and were able to help us arrange luggage forwarding to our next destination. Utilized the coin laundry facilities and breakfast a few times as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

Incredible Customer Service! The staff was very helpful and provided outstanding service. We loved the ofuro and the view to the Skytree. They serve small udon every night for free, as well as dosis of sake! The room was comfortable, and the only point was that we didn’t have space to open our suitcases, nor wardrobe, so you have to bear that in mind and leaning pack. The system to check the washing machines and dryers was also very convenient. We’d stay there again, but bringing smaller bags…

Hotels.com displayed a 3 bedroom room with sofa bed. We had 2 adults and two children. I choose this room and put two adults. When I got to the hotel they said they switched the room for only two people

Overall a good stay. The complementary ramen and sake on the 14th floor was wonderful along with the fantastic view. Just note that the ramen is in limited supply so be there on time or else it will gone. The room only has one tiny pillow per twin bed so for a king you only have 2 small pillows. Room size is decent.

Comfortable walking distance to train stops, shopping, and restaurants. Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and always tried to be helpful. Hotel room was cleaned regularly, however it was small. With 3 people, there was not a lot of space for luggage and walking within the room.

This hotel was awesome, was traveling to Japan for the first time with my family. The staff was friendly and sweet. The hotel is extremely close to Tram lines and lots of food spots to eat. There’s even a 7/11 right across the street. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in the area.
