Impeccable property. Super quiet, modern rooms. Bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The complimentary pyjamas are the best! In room air conditioning/thermostat is efficient and very easy to use. Love the area - quiet but lots of good eating options. Only mistake was to order the very expensive buffet in the hotel upon our late arrival. We will absolutely return!

The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious enoigh fir our several alrge cases (although we did intentiknally select a larger room when booking). Local shops and restaurants minuets away. Staff helped book our taxi to the airport. Only thing we did notice was the corridors had a smell of dirty laundry. There were also very prominent smells that surrounded the front lobby on some days also which was not pleasant

Staff was very attentive and friendly, cafe/bakery downstairs served amazing food. The curry bun was to die for. Lots of amenities, toothbrush, hairbrush, razor, shower cap all provided. This was a great location with lots of local eateries. Very quiet at night by Tokyo standards. The room was comfortable, we were on the 12th floor and the carpets could use some replacing. They were renovating some of the floors so this could be what they were doing. All in all, great stay.

The receptionists are not friendly and they put guests are in difficult situation. They put guests in wrong room . Our reservation are standard room , but they put us in one person room which room has no place for luggage, terrible experience.

Exceptional Hotel! I’m picky about hotels and this place was awesome. Clean, friendly staff which made sure they did everything to make your stay comfortable! Do yourself a favor and add the breakfast buffet, it’s exceptional and first class. I was debating whether to add the breakfast package and I’m glad I did. Train stations were no more than 10 minutes walking distance. Tokyo Dome about 10 minute walk which has an entire shopping and restaurant area. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel. Convenience store right across the street. Laundry machines that dispense the detergent and drys within one machine which as an American I thought was cool. Again the customer service was outstanding. I’m not one to leave reviews, but wanting to always go to Tokyo for over 30 years I could have not been happier with my choice of hotels. Just a classy place at a fair price and when I go back to Tokyo i wouldn’t even bother considering another hotel!

This is a very charming hotel which includes a banquet hall and wedding facility. The restaurants downstairs were excellent. The service is excellent and the room cleaning is non intrusive. My room (12th floor) also included a very large desk. Great room. Great hotel. No complaints

Endmont is like the hotel that tries to be fancy, does on some things lome decor, but ultimately you see through the facade. Check-in was weird, like being at the DMV waiting for your number to be called. They wont chec in anyone early
