Train station is right below the property making it easy to get location super clean and the staff is super nice and helpful and will help you with anything from directions to setting up luggage services also super conscious about food allergies would stay again super convenient location with a mall the train station food options convenient stores and excellent stay with amazing service

The hotel is right above Roppongi Itchome subway station. It is walkable to the Tokyo Tower, and restaurants around. Everything about this hotel is excellent. Staffs are helpful. Room is clean and big. There is a money exchange machine at the lobby. Highly recommend.

Great Roppongi Hotel
Never stayed in Roppongi before so this was a my first experience and it was a great one. The hotel staff was always super friendly, kind and responsive. There wasn't a microwave in our room so we had to call the front desk and they were helpful to tell us the microwave was on the 3rd floor with the vending machines. On top of this, the rooms were very spacious for a Tokyo hotel room. We were able to easily fit our two carry ons and two check ins around the room. The bed was extremely comfortable but there was just not enough outlets next to the bed. Loved the spa music that played from the TV when you put your key card into the room slot. The TV had a lot of channels across different networks and even had some 4K specific channels. The front door does a good job of blocking out noise from the hallways. It's not going to 100% block out all noise but it was enough. The blackout curtains were magic, literally couldn't tell what time of the day it was. The fridge doesn't have a freezer so that's one minor con. Make sure you eat your frozen treats if you bring some back to the room! The best part about this hotel is that it's connected to the Roppongi Itchome station right below. There are some signs pointing to the elevators that will take you up next to the lobby area. This was clearly a business hotel but still a great place to stay for vacation.

Good but…
I will say overall everything is good but not perfect. Room is big enough for our family. Subway station is very close. Front desk can purchase Tokyo subway 3 days tickets. I was so surprised when I saw two stains, one yellow on the carpet one under the sofa bed. I can’t tell my feeling when I saw it.

Metro station conveniently accessible, some 30m from the hotel's entry. Facilities: their offers brochure mentioned access to fitness facility for ~60-70 AUD per session.. I found this unreasonably expensive
