The size of the room is what you expect from the pictures and description. Double room is clean and tidy when I checked in. Minor detail is the bathroom faucet was loose during my stay. Aside from that, everything worked as intended. Hotel has a total of 9 floors and I was given the 7th floor. The location is close to a few convenience stores and in a decent, safe area. However. Depending on which train station you walk to, the walk could range from 7-10 minutes. The door to the lobby is locked at late night and can only be accessed with your room care for added security measures. It seems like a front receptionist staff is always available. The staff were very polite throughout my stay and helpful when I had questions or need help.

The rooms are small but enough for some nights, it has all you need and are clean. Free breakfast and the staff is very kind and friendly. I highly recommend it!!

We had a great stay. The staff is so friendly and kind. Free breakfast and beberage bar. Rooms are small, however are very confortable. I highly recommend it!!

Close to public transportation stations! Room was tiny, grateful for the AC that worked. “Breakfast” was 3 pieces of bread with juice or coffee. Staff was very helpful. We checked out early and they let us store our luggage so we could do some last touring before flying out.

This hotel is fine but the staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel also provides some convenient services, for example the ability to have limited restaurant food items delivered and a massage therapist who can do room massages (totally legitimate). They also offer little pastries/baked goods for breakfast and free coffee, tea and other beverages. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. I don’t know if I would stay here again however because it’s a little far from a train station (10 minute walk), the rooms are very small, and the color scheme (dull green and brown) and lighting is a bit depressing. You wouldn’t want to spend any time in your room. But if you need a relatively affordable hotel for one night before flying out of Tokyo, it’s fine.

Terrible place, hairs everywhere in the room, stains on the bed pad, pillows. Literally one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in terms of cleanliness (which is the most important thing for hotels). Also the air conditioning doesn’t work at all, must be leaking coolant and not maintained. If not for the close by Tokyo tower, no one would stay here I suppose. Rooms are small, typical for business travellers with no luggage. This is what the hotel is designed for.

Met my needs
Place sits on a slightly run-down looking side street (By Tokyo standards) but is actually safe and fine to be on. Rooms were very tiny as promised but otherwise clean and my stay there was quiet. The staff was always amazingly polite and attentive but the english was minimal so don't expect to talk baseball with anyone. There was a fairly large lounging area with great drink stations available 24/7where one also ate breakfast. Bfast was very basic: 3 kinds of small breaded product but the coffee and juices were great. Self serve laundry was very reasonably priced. The areas with the stored and restaurants during my stay were nearly .5 mile walk, which I didn't mind given Japan's high carb cuisine.The surrounding area is busy but safe and the motorists are very courteous with pedestrians, but watch out for the bicyclists buzzing around on the sidewalk, as there is no rhyme or reason to which side of the sidewalk to walk on. My room had a detachable shower(head) and short but deep tub, but I never did use as a shower bc there was no calking around the perimeter of the tub and walls. I basically sat in the tub and carefully used the shower head to bathe. My other hotels in Japan had a usable shower.

Great base for a trip to Tokyo. Rooms are on the small side, but not the smallest we encountered in Japan. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the area downstairs in the lobby is great for grabbing a drink. Many people were using the microwaves to heat up food - such a great addition. It's between a number of train stations - some are longer walks than others - but this meant it was very easy to get around Tokyo. Plenty of food around the area too.

Very nice hotel some staff very helpful and polite and couple of staff not so helpful. Was disappointed with guests smoking in supposed non smoking rooms. Stayed many days and off and on there was cigarette smoke entering through the air vents I believe. Staff did do a check but some didn't seem to take it seriously. Overall good hotel good location very disappointed with the cigarette smoking odor entering the room.
