There are multiple Imano Hostels in Tokyo. I accidentally went to the Imano Hostel in Ginza instead of the one I had booked. However, they were very helpful with rebooking and cancellation, and I really appreciated their assistance. Thank you very much.

Convenient and clean location (~5 min walk to Shinjuku Sanchome Station, 1 train stop from main Shinjuku Station), nearby convenience stores (Lawson, 7-Eleven and Family Mart), staff very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated allowing me to have my packages delivered to the hostel. Moderate sized cafe/working area in the lobby. A slight commercial feel given the volume of beds on each level, fair given the proximity to the CBD.

フロントのみならずバスの運転手さんも含めスタッフのみなさんが笑顔で　気持ちよく対応して頂きました。 ハワイから来たので、日本の温泉初めての我が家の子供達も大満足のお風呂でした。私としては広告だらけでちょっと疲れる内装でしたが。 レストランの朝ごはんを美味しく頂きました。九人という大人数でのテーブル準備もすぐにして頂きました。 徒歩圏内で簡単に行けるレストランがないことが減点理由ですが、その分バスのルートもスケジュールも充実していることは特筆に値すると思います。 どうも有難う御座いました。
