I travel quite a bit and was very impressed by this hotel - a true 5-star in world of wannabes. The caliber was clear the moment I pulled up in a taxi and was met by uniformed staff who were as professional as they were friendly. The Room was also spectacular - particularly for the price paid. And dining options were stellar. Seldom have I ordered a room service dinner (I was tired) and received a high-end restaurant quality meal. That was honestly shocking in a good way. All in all, I would - and will - stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located right above the metro station and is central to most neighborhoods. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was very helpful with figuring out how to make the most of our day. We would go back to this hotel when we return to Tokyo.

Beautiful property, high price tag

This hotel is incredible for size of rooms and service but it is very expensive compared to other options. The location on the metro line is hard to beat.

Great location right above a convenient subway station. Modern, minimalist Japanese eco-friendly hotel with a 5-star level of comfort but much more affordable than the usual Western brands like Four Seasons and Ritz. My only criticism is the cost for adding breakfast is a little expensive, although the food is good.

From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless—every touchpoint, from the concierge and bell captains to housekeeping and the Club Lounge team, was handled with care and professionalism. The Club Lounge deserves special mention. The team here is incredibly well-trained, with an impeccable attention to detail that elevated our experience. The food, drinks, and serene ambiance made it the perfect place to relax after a busy day in the city. A special thank you to Ms. Takahara, who went above and beyond to assist us with local recommendations. She not only provided great suggestions but also found all the details we needed to make our plans seamless. The hotel’s location is ideal—quiet yet central, with easy access to Tokyo’s attractions.
